There are four steps to the application process for this house:

  2. You can call us, or else we will call you when we receive this form via email.
  3. Download the MSword File below on which you will sign your name showing that you are giving us permission to perform a credit check on you. This will need to be faxed back to us.
  4. Submit a PayPal payment of $20 for a credit and background check. If there is a couple each getting a credit/background check this is likely only a 1/10th of our cost for this. It is just to verify your interest in our property.

Steps One and Two can be reversed.
