Emily Bologna-Gallego	Degrees/Certifications: Certified Public Accountant, State of CA, 1995. Master of Science in Taxation, Walsh College, 1993. Certified Public Accountant, State of MI, 1992. Biography: Emily, as the head of Gold Rush Tax & Accounting Services, represents over twenty years of experience in accounting in all sizes of businesses. She has worked in Big Four firms such as Price Waterhouse Coopers and Deloitte and Touche to a variety of smaller firms including Western Tax & Accounting, of which she was the owner and principal . She has extensive knowledge of the tax laws regarding individuals as well as the different types of small businesses (LLPs, S-Corps, C-Corps, et al). She has worked both in California and in Michigan, and is licensed in both states.
	We assist people in setting up their books, setting up and processing payroll, tutoring in the daily use and navigation of the program. We offer monthly bookkeeping for our clients along with payroll processing. We process all types of tax returns: Individual, Partnership, Corporation, Trusts, Non- Profits.
